Hotels: Treetops, La Tortuga, Cohiba

This site is great thanks for all the help. I am a female traveling alone to PDC in October, would like something that feels secure and is in busier part of town for easy walking to restaurants/bars but not too loud.
List I am looking into: Treetops, La Tortuga, Cohiba & Colibri . Any thoughts on pluses/minuses of these, or others I should put on my list. I like the thought of a small pool at treetops/la tortuga. Thanks
