olympus tours

Hi all,
My wife and I will be staying @ the Tucan in sept. Our transfer from the airport to the hotel is via Olympus tours. Is this going to be a bus or private transfer and how do you locate them and most importantly.. can you drink alcohol during the transfer.

Wrong forum so this will probably get moved, but I'll answer as best as I can.

You really won't know what kind of vehicle they will put you in until you arrive. It depends on how many others are also going ot the Tucan that arrive on flights similar in time to yours. It could be a bus but more than likely, it will be a van. Unless you paid for a non stop transfer, you probably will make a stop or two to drop others off at thier resort. Again, it all depends...if the van is full of Tucan people, you may make no stops. I'm also not sure if Olympus has non a non stop option, it has more to do with the vacation company you booked through than the actual transfer company. Let me know the company and I'll try to tell you if they have a non stop option. Doubtful it will be a private transfer as even the companies offering the non stop option don't offer private transfers. To get a private transfer, you would have to make those arrangements yourself, with an outside transfer company.

Your transfer will be waiting OUTSIDE the airport terminal, you look for the Olympus people. They should have some kind of signage so they shouldn't be hard to locate. Give them your name and they will direct you to the proper transfer vehicle.

Some transfers allow you to drink and some don't. Some will sell you beer in the van, some won't. Not sure what Olympus does.
