I think we should confirm a date on this before our summer weekend plans get too busy!

Would you really be up to doing that? That sounds like fun. Everyone can pitch in and we can have our own Playa Party. I just did this for some friends last weekend-Rusty made Taco's El Pastor-they were good-but we wouldn't have to
go that far! I still have unopened bottles, margarita mix, plates, cups, knives, etc. Where do you live? And sorry if I didn't notice on other threads, what is your name? Me llamo is Nicole.

You Bet! we love to entertain. Of course I'd have to ge my hubby on board, but he's pretty easy to convince...

We live in the Merriam Park neighborhood in St. Paul, near St. Thomas College - super easy to find.

I'd love to visit but...I will be in Dayton,Ohio on July 9. You guessed it...another sporting event! Our youngest daughter will be playing there for AAU Nationals(basketball). We leave July 7 and return July 13. I'd love to meet for drinks sometime this summer! Just visited St. Thomas area recently. Oldest is looking at the school. A friend just got the women's basketball coaching position. Great area! We're in Apple VAlley so very close!

Unfortunately or maybe I should say fortunately if they all look like this, all the Texans will be tubbing that weekend...we might be able to watch them on the webcam though.

...that's exactly what I hate about long term plans!

I had been considering the Texas Toobin event in July but decided to tackle a major construction project instead, just to get it behind me. Besides, there's a photo opportunity at Yarusso's that weekend (women on motorcycles showing off their rides).

In the Past, Nicole and I have done short notice get-togethers and its worked out well. For me, it doesn't make any difference where it takes place in the Twincities but something central probably makes more sense. I'd like a place with a large selection of wine and beer and outdoor seating...
