I don't understand what they plan to accomplish by holding Henry Gale captive, and keeping him a secret from the rest of the survivors. I think he's evil, but I'm not sure he's connected to the others.

Now about Eko, I wonder if somehow this is all related to his drug lord days. And what is he doing with all the trees in the jungle? He's a mystery.

Very little Sawyer presence last night.

And fully clothed in his one scene...

He's definitely been up to something for a while now...the whole marking the trees thing he's doing. And then talking to Henry Gale alone, and the whole beard thing...it just really puzzled me.

Same as always with Lost...they show you a little, and then they confuse you a lot!

I noticed the disguise thing and made the connection because they made a point of having Kate find the locker room, and the fake beard and the scraggly wool cap...all the things that were memorable about "Zeke"...interesting...

I saw it mentioned on another site that the name Henry Gale is also the name of Dorothy’s Uncle in “The Wizard of Oz”. And the prisoner said that he landed on the island in hot-air balloon, the same transportation the wizard used to make it to Oz and out of it. Something to think about.

As to Eko, if you remember "Zeke" (the bearded guy) was angry with Ethan because he wasn't able to make a list before he left (escaped) the survivors, supposedly a list of "good people." The theory is that Eko wants to be considered a "good person", thus the explanation for killing the 2 people trying to capture him. He gave his chin beard for DNA and might want to prove he is not infected?
It is shaping up like Claire's baby was given a vaccination while in utero and survivors are suceptible to some sort of disease. If you remember, Ethan told Claire she would have to go back after the baby is born because there wasn't enough for her.

Did anyone notice the airplane mobile in the crib was made up of Oceanic planes?

Yep, good catch about the plane mobile...I couldn't tell that they were Oceanic planes, but it's creepy! There are a lot of plane images throughtout the show--remember the toy plane that Kate recovered from the safe deposit box at the bank she knocked over? And the whole drug plane storyline, and of course the Ocenaic plane carrying all our survivors. I wonder what the significance of it all is?

Someday they may tie up all these plot points...

Regarding Eko's beard...I thought the two beard things were signifying the 2 people he killed and when he confessed his sins he cut them off as if to say, "I'm forgiven." Caught the plane mobile and it scared me, too! I did not catch the numbers on the bottle, although a guessing person would have...Good show!

New episode tonight...looks like Sun's pregnant. Or not....things are usually not how they seem on that show.

Just glad it's not another rerun tonight. I'm losing track of all the storylines.

I hear ya Eileencc!! I just got a new HD DVR reciever so I'm really excited to finally see Lost in HD.

Woohoo! Lucky you! That should be fun, now you can record the show and play it back in slow motion and see all the stuff they hide on the edges of the screen.
