My husband quizzing my 7th grader for his Texas History final tomorrow. When did middle school finals become true, cumulative finals? Why do I not remember having those?

I'm listening to quiet typing, snuffling, etc., as people around me try to get their work done. (Some of us were here at work until 5 or 6 am "yesterday", i.e., today.)
Like SCTX I am listening to a ringng, but it's in my ears and it keeps worrying me.
If I were home, I'd be listening to Radio Margaritaville on the internet.
I should be working but this was one of my 5-minute surfbreaks.

I haven't picked up the new one yet- On and On isn't that old, though. One of the songs, Taylor, had the video with Ben Stiller. It's a beach setting and Stiller is "helping" Johnson with the video.

The tropical look and light, happy feel of the video kind of obscure the fact that the song is about a prostitute . . .

Now, though, I'm listening to Five Iron Frenzy, Electric Bugaloo.
