Hi Tiff!
Oh, the pictures look great! Looks like you had a great time - It is so fun seeing pictures of people you meet on these forums! Did you bring the aisle decorations with you? I like the parasols with the "A" on them. Best of luck! Marissa :p Last edited by usagi_sisa; 06-22-2005 at 08:08 AM.. |

those picture are so, so beautiful. You make such a lovely couple. What decorations did you bring besides those lovely pink ribbons. Yuo have great taste and when i saw th decorations on the beach at your wedding thats when I decided the beach is the best location. I'll have to get my creative head on for next Feb! Thanks for sharing your pictures. One last thing the stick you and your husband jump over before you walk down the aisle? I am interested to know the story behind it. |

To Lisa - Just a tip. Beyond the flowers, arches and the chairs, if you want some personal touches, I'd arrange them yourself. If you decide to go with the IB* Tucan, Mariela is very helpful, within reason, but you need to be specific about your needs. If you want certain aisle runners or parasols etc....ask ahead, or bring your own. Don't assume that they'll be able to accomodate more complex decorations once you arrive. |

That is beautiful explanation from the site. Much more detailed than I could have given. Thanks for sharing.
Lisa- I brought vases and feathers that were used to decorate the bouquets and the reception tables along with wine stoppers that I decorated with personalized ribbons and organza bags. As for the beach just used vases at the alter table and the ribbons along aisle....I loved how it turned out. |

I cannot decide wether to wear a veil or not. Just wondering if it would be to windy in mid feb? Tiffiny- did you give Mareila the decorations and instruct her to lay them out? Did you find the beach had to many onlookers? |

Tiffany! Those pics were GREAT!!! Gosh, how I wish we had met you guys when we were there!! But at least you know I tried to find you! Well, we did actually.... but for some reason, we didn't think it would be a good idea to crash your reception when we walked by dressed in our shorts and flip flops!
So glad you had such nice weather for your big day! |
