There is one on the route I take to go to work. If I don't make lunch to bring to work, I get a sandwich at JJ's.

What a great combination of spices!
It really is a great combo.
I have made something similar with tofu and winter squash as the main ingredients ...but I toasted the cumin, ginger, cayenne together and added celery and apples. Served it over brown rice

I might have even thrown in some walnuts or cashews

I'm going to make something with fish tonight. I don't know what or which fish... I have tuna, talapia, trout, salmon, and snapper in the freezer. Scallops too. Any ideas?

Jimmy John's is closed today, so I'm heading to pick up a beef Banh Mi (although, it is lunch, not dinner)...heh. I'm starving.....V8 wasn't enough.

This sounds divine to this meat-eater.

I love pork Banh Mi. There is a little place here that makes the best Vietnamese sandwiches.

We do fish tacos about once a week or so. Easy and yummy. There is a Thai place nearby that does a seafood red curry on jasmine rice. maybe the cod and scallops in a curry? I don't know. I have everything on hand for tacos. I would need to go get stuff for curry. It sure sounds good though.
