Last night I went to my favorite Korean joint and ordered my favorite dish: Bi Bim Bap. I love those little bowls of side dishes that come with it. Simple blanched broccoli with a light sesame flavor; bean sprouts (I have no idea what they do to them to make them so delicious); and, of course, kimchi.

Tonight slow roasted pork shoulder with carrots, onions and garlic, (with leftovers for burritos) and sauteed shredded cabbage and noodles.

Last night, swiss burger with potato wedges, crispy polenta with carmelized onions goat cheese and honey and a light shaved fennel salad.

The polenta was unbelievable. Recipe from www.food52.com, a website I just found and it is amazing.

Busy day running errands and working. So grill night again. Foil potatoes and veggies with lots of garlic, sausage patties, garlic bread and spinach tossed salad.

Yep, gotta love the grill season!
