Okay I am home and ready to reply to the thread. Sorry we did not arrive home until late on January 4th.

I would first off like to mention these are not my children, we had a family wedding in Mahahual and then spent New Years in Playa, these were the children of a very close family friend.

Girls ages 3 years and 11 months. The girls had been sick for almost the entire trip, coming down with something broncial days after our arrival. They had not had a good nights sleep and we were worried about them as one of the ladies actually attended the Hospetien due to her breathing which seemed to be = to what the girls had been fighting.

This being said, the sitter who arrived was fantastic. She supplied an extra cellular phone to Mom and Dad also asking for our cell phone number just incase there was something with the phones she provided. We were off for our New Years Eve fun with no feelings of worry at all. Mom and Dad were so happy to be out on their own and feeling very satisfied and not worried at all about the sitter. Unfortunately Mom after so many nights of no sleep almost fell asleep at the dinner table and their night was cut short, just so she could sleep.

What we did find out is we will definitely utilize the services again if we are in need, the sitter was extremely organized and very nice to deal with, the rate was discussed prior to Mom and Dad departing just to confirm all parties were aware of everything.

All in All a great experience and we would definitely recommend the service to others.
