Pizza
I'll be chowing on Mexican, and plenty of it, to be sure, but I am on an ongoing quest for amazing pizza. The pizza that I crave is thin and blistery with classic Margherita toppings applied sparingly, and most key, WOODFIRED. My seminal experience was at a harbor joint in Cannes called La Pizza, where I proceeded to enjoy several times a week throughout a year. I've since found ambrosial pizza at Frank Pepe's in New Haven, CT, Lombardi's in Manhattan (coal fired will do just fine!), and unbelievably, a little place in Turks and Caicos some years back. Great pizza is where you find it! Can there be a pizza of my dreams waiting for me in PDC? Tell me your favorites there. Thanks.
