That location may be a victim of its own excellence, as we had the same problem. One evening when we finally did get a table, the wait staff was not particularly friendly or attentive. My husband's beer came warm, and it took the waiter about 15 minutes to deal with the issue (and we were sitting right next to the bar). It was definitely "waiter training day" when we were there, so we chalked our sour experience up to that.
Neither my husband nor I "got" the shrimp taco cult, but their other seafood dishes were very good, and generously portioned.
