They were not smiling, welcoming, cheerful, happy Italians to us. They were laughing in our faces.
I was not a grumpy client- I had a hopeful and positive outlook every day there, hoping that it would get better. I was smiling most of the time, even to rude people.
I didnt get mad about the trip until after I was home...
