I can relate to that, but then...the beans do help you enjoy a good bowl of chili again...and again...and again... One of the best I ever had was in a small cafe in Texas. Big bowl of chili, with just a few beans in it, served with crackers, and a big bowl of red onions on the side to "season to personal taste". Lovely stuff that made my eyeballs sweat. Think I went through about a six pack of brew putting out the fire.
