Good boy, finally!!!!
This way I don´t need to worry about documenting Super Carnes when I´m there, which sometimes happens, , even with the camera strapped to my neck and being obtrusive while eating.

I'm curious...have you tried both kinds - "Arrachera Nacional" and "Arrachera Importada"? What is the difference between the two. (I'm drooling just seeing those pictures - Yummy!)

I've never bothered with the imported. When I travel, I usually try to eat as locally as possible. I think I remember someone saying that imported was from the U.S. (or maybe Argentina?) and not as good. That's all I can remember though, and like I said, I have no personal experience.

The "national" meat is so incredibly good, I'm pretty darn satisfied just to eat that!

We've had both and they tasted the same to us. So, now we only order the Nacional. We've joked that maybe the Importado( at twice the price) was to make the Americans more comfortable and that perhaps it was the same meat!!
