I am planning my first day in PDC to include HC de Monterrey. Since we have to go grocery shopping, and it sounds like this place is near Chedraua, I thought we could take out. I thought I read that was an option. Or, do you get that someplace across the street??? I just wanted to do it all during the whole shopping trip. We eat late and I thought this would be a great dine in for the first night. But, if it's better, we will go back later and just eat there.

we ate in for lunch
then went back later for take out for dinner

Sounds like you suffer from the same "HC jones" that I get...

I've done that twice a day thing before. A couple of times... I call them my "double meat" days. (Try not to do anything *too* twisted with that, okay?)

Well, I've been reading about this place for months and I'm finally leaving for Playa tomorrow. Yea! We are staying at the Royal Hideaway, but I'm planning a trip into town around a lunch at H C Monterrey's. I've read that the hours are ~ 1:00 - 7:00 pm, but what about the days? Are there any days of the week that HC's is closed? I'd hate to get there and not get to enjoy it!
