People just don't understand until they have eaten there just how AMAZING the arracharra platter really is. This is my favorite restaurant in Playa and one of my favorite in all the countries of the world in which I've traveled.

I think they close around 6, but it may be as late as 7. When I'm there next week, I'll try to remember to ask. I think David (Mindbender) checked once, but he may have only been checking on which days they are open and closed.

Missed it again this trip.

If you enjoy good food, you are doing yourself a GRAVE injustice by missing this place if you're in Playa! It is generally the FIRST place at which we eat when we arrive, the LAST place we eat before we depart, and we typically make it once or twice in between depending on how long we are in town!

I'm sure you are right, given the reputation this place has. My son developed an immediate and intense love for Babe's chicken satay and peanut sauce (like his Mom), so we visited them a couple of times, and he suggested it for every meal including breakfast.

Oh, well...it gives me something to look forward to on my next trip!

If you remember to ask that would be great. This is one place I am not going to miss this time!
