Just giving you a hard time of course. I was in Vegas in September for the opening of my friend Jeff Marx' show "Avenue Q" at the new Wynn casino... Seriously, I can't wait to suck down a few drinks at Babe's ASAP! We're planning our next trip to PDC even as we speak... StewartG |

My first Mojito was at the patio of the Hotel Ingleterra in Havana, and have been "hooked" ever since! I even started a field of mint growing behind my house.
I'd vote Burbon Street for "flavor," and Babe's for "kick." (Try throwing in a little more sugar into one from Babe's, for the perfect one.) |

I'd vote for Babe's , but they were very good across the street at Ole' .
Try Babe's Blueberry Margarita , biggest damn drink I ever saw . It'll give you a case of freeze brain for sure . Brent |

Carmencita
After some exhaustve in Playa, I´m proud to report that the best mojitos in Playa can be found at Carmencita´s at the corner of 5th and 20th (look for the green glow at night). Unlike many of the places in Playa, they do not use the sweet & sour mix in their mojito.
We also sampled the mojitos at Babes. We found them to be too sour, and were likely mixed with sweet & sour instead of simple syrup. The mojitos at La Bodega de Media were better, but still were too sour for my liking. Carmencita´s is very crisp tasting, without being overly sweet. While you´re there, you HAVE to try one of their empanadas. Excellent stuff.
