Where should I start my great caipirinha search?
I read all about the great Mojito search and was thinking that I should do a search for the best caipirinhas. I fell in love with them when I was there in Feb. I had one at Tutix, which was so so. I had one at the TB which was pretty good.
Where should I go to find the really good ones, or at least the ones that are going to get me really drunk. ![]() |

INGREDIENTS
1 lime quartered 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 shot of cachaça (see below) since most places don't have this, they use a good rum 1/2 Cup of ice cubes with water PREPARE: Place the lime and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, crush and mash the limes. Pour the liqueur and ice. Stir well. Cachaca, also known as Aguardente, is a spirit distilled from sugarcane. It is one of the most popular drinks in Brazil. |
