Peeping Toms At Riu Tequila

WARNIG!!! to RIU TEQUILA travellers. In March I actually caught a Riu worker peeping thru a homemade hole in our door about 7:45 in the mornin.The hole was in middle of door about 1/3 up from flloor, neighbour had it too(building 15)Management fixed it right away and sent over a bottle of champagne(BIG DEAL) We left the next morningIf you read this and stay there please tell others.
We recently received a letter from both the RIU and FUN JET sttating "we are sorry about your experience hope u will use us again"!! YA right.

It's been a problem with hotels since there has been hotels (hostels and inns and rooms out yonder in the barn I'd imagine too...)

I've seen several reports time and again of this kind of thing in hotels in general - no matter where in the world you stay...imperceptible tiny holes in walls - small scratches in the backs of mirrors to take away the mirroring effect so someone can see through...

I once saw a report with a Ritz Carlton Hotel and they found and fixed hundreds and hundreds of tiny needle holes that could be used to peek...

Whatcha gonna do?

I'm not going to worry about it, I'll address if it comes to my attention - but otherwise...Enjoy the Show.

I wouldn't have to worry. After the first peeper turned to stone, the rest woul probably avoid that peephole.
