Hi there all together,

i will be opening a Kebab & Falafel shop around the 18-23 march (depends how i can get along with city council)
location: calle 10 between Av. 10 y 15 (front of parking lot Plaza Pelicanos (have no sign out yet again city council)

i do have a turkish background and was involved in kebab-family business in spain for a few years. So the idea was to bring the "european" Kebab to Playa.
The meat will be a mix of beef and turkey meat, still testing which will be the best amount of each.
The Falafel i will offer i learned to make in a jewish company called
MAOZ-Vegetarian.
The bread will be a Pita Bread which is baked by my self in the shop too. Also the yoghurt for the main sauce is homemade.
Along with the meat or falafel you will have an option within a few salads a sauces.

The menu so far:

Döner Kebab + drink -- 60 Pesos
Döner Kebab with fried Eggplant + drink --70 Pesos
Döner Kebab with Feta Cheese + drink -- 75 Pesos

Falafel + drink -- 60 Pesos
Falafel with fried Eggplant + drink -- 70 Pesos
Falafel with Hummus + drink -- 75 Pesos

French Fries -- 20 Pesos

(drinks: softdrinks, V8 juices, Water or Ayran)


I would be glad if pass by and give it a try and maybe some suggestions to improve the menu, i will be open for any ideas.
