Specifics about this place have been hard to come by on this forum, and it's still a changing work-in-progress. If you think you'll be going to PDC a lot, and want to have the liberty of exploring, most posts have recommended renting a car. As far as your other questions, if you do a search on each topic, you'll come up with an abundance of info & suggestions.
