James,
I dunno. There is a lovely mimosa tree on the campus where she took her class. Her professor told her that they were commonly called mimosa trees, but that it was a silk tree. That is all I know. I still call them mimosas .

We always said we wouldn't do anything "big and fun" like that if it was going to come out of "needed funds." We tried that debt thing once and didn't do so well with it! So, college is safe and funded where we want it, and our finance guy gave us some options so that the pool is going in without anything necessary being disturbed. There's even enough "gravy" for a couple of trips to Playa!

We also just put in a new deck. its not wood its made of some other material it makes some noise sometimes but other then that its works really well and the best part is that it doesn't get the weathered look and it doesn't rot. It looks alot like wood too.
