I don't think staring is polite , and I do not know Mexico's equivalent of Committee's on Research involving Human Subjects.

I would be happy to be involved in the research - I think I would only qualify as a stare-er, or perhaps as a data collector

The NOABS research institute is still being created and doctrines written. No reason we can't start another institute of higher learning and study, I'll let you guys come up with a good name.
