Yum, anything with lime, cilantro, and peppers is very acceptable in my eyes, and ceviche is at the top of the list. I like the shrimp-it seems firmer. The first time I tried it, I was in Playa, at La Tarraya, on the beach. Unfortunately, we returned home the next day, so that was the only time I had it in Playa. I have found it in Dallas, Texas at Gloria's (Yucatan-Mexican food). It is fabulous!
