This is just a not to let you know that I have just came back from Playa del Carmen and I have stayed at this hotel... It was a Wonderful hotel. The people were so nice and VERY helpful... The maids were awesome they cleaned very good and they left thing on our beds made out of our towels. We tipped the maids really good before we left. Great experience and I will definately go back without a doubt.
