This is for you.

A lawyer (StewartG) runs a stop sign and gets pulled over by a Houston Sheriffs Deputy. He thinks that he is smarter than the Deputy because he is sure that he has a better education. He decides to prove this to himself and
have some fun at the deputies expense...

Deputy says, "License and registration, please."

StewartG says, "What for?"

Deputy says, "You didn't come to a complete stop at t he stop sign."

StewartG says, "I slowed down, and no one was coming."

Deputy says, "You still didn't come to a complete stop. License and
registration, please."

StewartG says, "What's the difference?"

Deputy says, "The difference is, you have to come to a complete stop. That's
the law. License and registration, please!"

StewartG says, "If you can show me the legal difference between slow down and stop, I'll give you my license and registration and you give me the ticket.
If not you let me go and no ticket."

Deputy says, "Exit your vehicle, sir."

At this point, the deputy takes out his nightstick and starts beating the
ever-loving crap out of StewartG and says: "Do you want me to stop or
just slow down?"

Okay, well, since you guys started it...

THE ETHICAL DILEMMA:

A lawyer meets with a little old lady who tells the lawyer, "I don't have much to my name, but I would like a will." The lawyer agrees to help her and charges her $100.00. At the end of the meeting, she opens up her purse, pulls out a brand new 100 dollar and hands it too the lawyer. As she is leaving his office, the lawyer realizes that its actually TWO brand new 100 dollar bills stuck together. This leads to the lawyer's ethical dilemma: Does he tell his partner?

We had a great time meeting you, as well. Thanks so much for suggesting that James offer our trip to Ek Balam. What initially caught my eye about the trip was the stop at Valladolid and the potential to get one of those hammocks. WE had a wonderful time and were so impressed with the ruins.
