I have searched the web for info on Mayan Palace Cancun.
This is great!
Right now the only question I have is...
Do you have to be either an owner or trade to stay at MP.
How can someone else get a room.

We do not own a timeshare yet we have stayed at the Mayan Palace for two weeks in August. Timeshare resorts are not fully sold (all units every week) - there are alwaysempty spots. Some owners also cannot use their weeks and try to sell them.

We belong to a vacation club that buys such weeks for us, but you may contact them directly at (984) 206-4000

This place is only about 40% completed but nevertheless we had fun (the huge, amazing pool was never crowded)
