Thanks for the info Maya. I am in year 2 of my FM3 so will I keep it for another 3 years and then get a card or when I renew this year will they take the book and give me a card?
I know of one person who renewed their FM3 in Boston early this year just after the changes were announced but another person just tried to renew in Boston and could not do it. I contacted the Denver consulate early this year and they confirmed you could renew there for the first time ever but maybe that has changed.
