I don't know that much, but I noticed that Google search is much better to find anything, than any other web, may be I am wrong.

Some people say it is open as now, but before travelling, if I were you I will check it directly with the hotel and this especially, if it's not prepaid or if you don't have reservations, because people whose have had reservation for all inclusive cancelled, are now looking after small hotels.

I have reservation, I have tried to cancel it , but I canīt at this time I would have to pay 50% of the trip. The touroperator ( Pullmantur) says the hotel is open at 100% and the mexican authorities say the area is also ok. Well, thatīs what their embassy says in Spain. I donīt really know if they are telling me the truth.
I have sent 3 messages to the hotel but they still havenīt answered me.
And now i have just read about the mosquitos and i hate them. Iīm not sure but I think this trip hasnīt been a good idea.

Thankyou JaneJane.

Hello Hansel

Don't worry that much, Mindbender and some other members just posted last pictures of Playa del Carmen, and honnestly they are fine, and most of the shops and restaurants are opened, I saw also in the newspapers Diaro de Yucatan, that tourists are back, so it's not so desolated.

For mosquitos, there are also in spain (jajajaja), hum !: I remembered some hundred one bbq night in Menorca, just buy OFF of Jonhson, I used to buy it in spray in the states, we could not find it here in France, to me it's very efficient, I know they sell it in PDC as a cream, but in spray I don' t know.

Buenas vaccaciones Hansel, hasta la vista
