Need experienced help

We are trying to decide on which AI to stay at when we come to PDC in October. It will be myself, DH, my sister, and her husband, ranging in age from 27 to 36. I have received two quotes from an on-line site. They are from the Riu Playacar and the El Dorado Royal. Here is what we are looking for: a nice resort, good food, good drinks, nice rooms, attentive staff, nice, shaded swim up bar, beautiful beach, something close to shopping, bars, restaurants in PDC, (don't mind taking a taxi, but not too long of a ride), a little bit of a party atmosphere, good spa, and a decent price for it all.
Hopefully we can get most all of this at one of these places. We do plan on going into town and to Cozumel for shopping, bar hopping, discos, etc, so we don't HAVE to have everything within the resort. This is going to be a MUCH needed vacation where we want to relax, but party as well. And when I say party I don't mean too rowdy, just good music, dancing, etc.
The most important thing to us is that we have a GREAT time and feel a little pampered.

Thanks for any help, and I'm glad to be "new" here.

Check out the iberostars Quetsel and Tucan. There are also 4 other Iberostars that are a little farther away from playa. Hourly bus transport into Playa from them ...but takes about 30 min ...no charge, but quits running at night.
