Minneapolis/St Paul is developing great areas with authentic Mexican influanes. I tried Villa Pancho, on Nicollet and 24th in Mpls. Was very good. I had a red snapper, others tried shrimp dishes and shrimp tacos. Very good. Price range is $7-$15.
