Taxi Cost to EDR??

I have an opportunity to obtain a Private car ($72 US return) from the airport to EDR.

Before I book it, would like to know what you guys paid for a taxi from the airport to PDR? If you took a taxi......

Not sure about this one either...but I would also like to know the best way to get to El Dorado Royale. It isn't as far south as playa del carmen, so these options above won't work. Does anyone know what a regular taxi ride would cost? Also, do the taxi drivers at the airport know where most fo the big resorts are? If we grab a random cab and ask for El Dorado ROyale....will they know how to get there?
