New Palladium resorts

Does anyone know anything about the new Palladium resorts? Are they upscale, airconditioned etc, etc? When will they open? I am trying to compare to the Lindo/Maya. We will be heading back next summer and this time with my inlaws. We loved the Lindo/Maya but if the Grand Palladium has similar ammenities, I would be willing to try them. How's the beach at the Palladium?
