I'm in an odd relationship right now which doesn't surprise me since my life has run entirely on an odd cycle.

A golfer... need I say more?

Oh yeah, he's very into me but the mistress of the links is a powerful silent siren.

I think I'll call on St. Andrew for his intervention

Does odd mean he likes to play the "Back nine"?
or play multiple courses whilst being a member of only one?

Bad bad boy you are, Donny.

More like double bogeying the 19th hole and driving with a putter instead of a wood.

no need for devine intervention, just put a little vaseline on his grips and kick him in the achilles tendon.... after scoring 143 over par, he'll give up the game

Happened to come home early one afternoon and caught the author of that book on the Oprah Winfrey Show. It was kind of an interesting segment, as are most of her topics. Attraction, chemistry, animal magnetism, and so forth are topics that I always find appealing. Next time I'm in Barnes & Nobles (maybe today), I'll scan the book and tell you want I think...

On a similar note, Jan gave me a funny look when she saw a book I recently purchased in Texas, "Guide to Dating in Dallas". Some of the sub-topics induced me to buy:
Five best bars for Wine, Martinis or Tapas
Three best Flirting Hotspots
Five best places to Flirt with Rhythm
Five best Afterhour Spots

Always enjoy finding the flavor of a city I'm visiting and if a guide like this isn't too dated, it saves a ton of footsteps and time. Ironically, the only other book I found with substance was titled, "City Smart Dallas - Fort Worth". You never know when you might be making a trip to Dallas, possibly to finish off some leftover tequila.

Dirty trick. I like it.

Seriously though, I was considering reading the book but I'm not a self-help type reader. I don't watch Oprah and I will read it with a completely open mind.

My main problem is that I give too much and understand too much and therefore expect the same in return. It's never worked for me so I think it's time to take a different path.

When it comes to romance/relationships I could use all the help I can get.
