I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. But why would a hotel be completely booked in October? Some of my wedding party is looking into the hotel a little late and they are completely booked. What's going on down there?

What about Royal Porto Real, which is the same company and is right across the street. I've read some reports from forum members that GPR is CHRONICALLY overbooked, however, so be careful.
