Can We be a mule for anybody-Sept 25th?
There are 3 of us coming down on September 25th and was wondering if anybody was really craving something from the US that we might be able to put in our suitcase that you may not be able to find in Playa. Let me know!

Oh thats the same day we leave for PDC.. staying at Riu Palace.. you?

Normally, I'd jump on that offer! But I'm going to be in Ohio then myself, and will probably be bringing back all I need when I return. I'd have you bring some stuff I always need anyway, but, since I won't be here to pick it up from you... Oh, well; thanks for the offer, anyway!

EDIT: Ahem... this was referring to the ORIGINAL poster's muling(?) offer. After it was pointed out to me, I thought I had better clarify that!

We will be staying at Playa Maya~our bechfront home away from home.
Let me know if you want to stop at Playa Maya sometime during Sept 25-29th.
You will LOVE Riu Palace. I used to be a travel agent and people loved staying there!

how far is Playa Maya from Riu Palace? I wanna see and do as much as I can ..this is our first trip.. hopefully the first of many

Riu Palace is on AI row, maybe halfway along, so just a short jaunt (by car, not really on foot) to the entrance to Playacar and thus PDC itself. Playa Maya is near 8th street on the beach, so a block or two in the direction of the beach and some 6 blocks from that entrance. If you're already in town it would be very easy to drop by.

Those books arrive, there, nadams?!? HOpe so!!!
