I had heard that the store going in between 8th and 10th was the offshoot of WalMart (a cheaper version whose name I can't recall). From what I understand, the original plan was to have underground parking, but someone failed to check for centoes.
Soriana will be a welcome addition to the grocery scene here. Maybe they will even have nice veggies.
