Brine cured beef. They use some seasonings that make it unique. It is very popular on St. Patty's Day. Usually served with boiled cabbage and new potatoes. St. Patty's day not a big deal in Canada? Very big here! Lots of beer drinking and of course Irish whiskey. Everybody is Irish on St. Paddy's day.
