Minibar
No, there's no charge for the minibar or the liquor dispenser on the wall of most rooms.
Only thing to keep in mind is the minibar is not generally re-stocked EVERY day (most times, every second or even 3rd day - doesn't seem to be any consistency).
I left a couple of dollars and a small note - "Mas cervesas, Por Favor" (more beers, if you please) on top of the minibar after I emptied the beers (daily) and had a re-stocked mini-bar every day.
You'll find, at the ASP, there's very few "add ons". I can think of some of the Spa treatments and use of their Internet facility as a couple, but not many more services that cost - this is really an all-inclusive.
