if you mean restoring your post count and PMs, then, as has been answered a couple times now, yes, but not right this moment. we have WAY more pressing issues, especially since no one is shut out, just perhaps dealing with a bit of lost forum "status" starting over again. I'm the only one here at the office that can pull this off and my to-do list is long and heavy.

sure, I'll change your username when I do the restores. the reason I asked that users keep the same name was so that I could avoid another step in the process of restoration. not like it's a big deal, but if I had to change all of them, it would add to my work load.

Yeah, I log out, it says "An error occurred while attempting to log you out. Click here to log out." I do, and it says "All cookies cleared". But I'm not logged out.

yes, please clear your cookies (with your browser settings). since I've been behind the curtains pulling alot of levers lately, I went ahead and 301'ed the legacy domain name Playadelcarmeninfo.com (you'll notice that this automatically changes to playa.info now ) and I've updated the settings for cookies to reflect this, so sometimes there can be some conflicts on certain browsers. Cookies crumble.

Came on today and I no longer have an avatar ....tried to renter it...but no luck .....have I been corrupted again?

no. there was a major (intentional) change that was implemented today that made some avatars go away temporarily. it's a minor bug that will be fixed soon.

The trouble I am having is when I try to access my old screen name which was "ScottATL" it does not recognize my password. Then when request a new password and enter my e-mail address it gives me an old screen name which is UGAplaya. Is there any way for James to restore my ScottATL screen name with the current e-mail on file? I hate to lose that post count under ScottATL for some silly reason.

Just kidding... I don't really care if I get my "status" back or not, it's not that important. However James, if you DO get me back to my previous state, that would be cool too!

What can I say? I'm an addict.

I have, like, 24 days before our trip... THESE are the countdown timer's most glorious days. Oh, bother.
