Account Restore?

I don't want to bug James...

I was one of the users whose account was corrupted. Is there any way to get my account restored (with my PMs, post count, etc?) yet?

Or should I just wait until James makes another post (or updated on the sticky thread) regarding this issue?

But it seems pretty clear that James is working on it and that you'll have to be patient... sorry 'bout that, but I guess that's my dos pesos...

Me too...my account was corrupted. James has posted he will be able to restore our post counts...I would only assume we will get our PM's back since he is cleaning out the accounts. Just be patient...he is super busy trying to get everything back to normal...the member galleries I think are a priority right now. He is not yet processing corrupted accounts. The pics are a mess...no one has their own pics in their galleries as of yet. But again he is working on it and has assured us nothing is lost it will just take time to fix it and get it all back.

I am sure he will post an announcement when they are fixed.

No big deal, I'm in no hurry.

I just looked around and didn't see any instructions on what to do, and I just wanted to verify that they have not been posted yet. I'm in no rush.

I'm sure James will restore my 23,495 post count and super moderator status in his own sweet time.

you guys are not alone...I am right there with ya! not so concerned about the post count as I am the info I had in my pm's. but, no matter what, can always get that again anyway

Mine is also screwed up. I don't care about post count. I'd just like to have my original "Mariposita" restored if it's possible.

Just hate being MaripositaII.

My signature won't appear. Everything else with my account is fine. I dunno if this is the same thing or not, so I guess I won't PM the King Almighty and bother him with this until much later.

Anyone else having this problem?

OK, I couldn't help myself. Of course I work on Sundays....

As an example, I took the squeaky wheel (StewartG) and did an update to existing posts by user so now all of his old posts show his user info correctly. After I re-index the dB tables (I will do this after I have restored most of the accounts, since it takes a while to do), his post count will be restored.

edit: I just restored his PMs too. (I think)

Same boat for me to- I believe I was in the way into it category but i did exactly what he said same user name, same email, ect.

I've successfully re-joined with my user name and password but all my PMs, number of posts etc are gone.

Tried that...didn't work, so I tried removing some parts to see if it had anything to do with size, format, etc., thus the fact that it is now blank. Nothing worked. I'll try again.
