forum jump menu

OK kiddies, it's almost back. The bug has been found (notice the search, quick links drop downs, and others are working again).

We'll put the code back in for the forum menu hack (it's not a standard for this forum software, but something we added because it belongs, in our opinion) shortly. Just need to wait for a rainy afternoon.
