I nuked the navbar item so it would be less cluttered, due to it having a link in the quick links drop down, however this might be an error because I think if someone has javascript disabled, they won't be able to use the quick links menu, and then there will be no link to the userCP. By the same logic I applied, the "New posts" link should be removed since it is also on the quick links menu.

OH NO! Please, oh please, do not remove the "New Posts" from the nav bar. I use it all the time and going to quick links means another click. No extra clicks, please!
