This Playa institution is on 28th and 30th Avenues. They serve antojitos (see our Mexican food article) and fruit smoothies.

Mary is usually there to make sure her army of assistants pile enough chicken on top of your salbute or tostada.

Bathed in flourescent lighting and sporting an odd color scheme and even aluminum foil wallpaper in spots, you'll know you've left Fifth Avenue behind. If you are out for a stroll, check it out. After 7pm. Closed Mondays.

Opens at 7pm. Best place for panuchos in Playa del Carmen and the habanero salsa is excellent!
