Best news I've heard in a long time!!! Maybe places like Villas Sacbe, Rosa Mirador and some others will actually be tolerable to stay at again. I also remember there were noise ordinances a long time ago that seemed to simply have been ignored so I think this is a great move.
As for the open containers, maybe this will eliminate the broken bottles you see all over the streets in that location every morning.
