When we were there in April we stopped by to have a couple drinks. It's a nice upstairs open air restaurant/bar under a palapa. I didn't eat there I just had a few cervesas. It is next to Captain Bob's, accross the street from Calle Corazon. I do know they have changed hands form the last time I was there. It was originally named El Rincon de Playa. There is no dress code.
