You claimed above that 38% of people in this country are "freeloaders" in that they don't pay taxes. This is simply incorrect.

How many of those 38% are subject to withholding? FICA? Sales taxes (state and/or local)? Property taxes?

It is a false statement (and I'm hearing it more often, unfortunately) that some huge number of people (you say 38%, I've seen it stated up to 50%) of people in this country are "freeloaders" who don't pay taxes.
