The shrimp look like they were deep fried but they were cooked on a flat top grill, the coating tasted like corn meal. They were very good.
I told the young guy that we go to Playa del Carmen and was telling me where he was from in the area, the owner looked like one of the sales guy's across from Carboncitos!
