Secrets Capri vs. Royal Hideaway ??

Hi, I'm looking to honeymoon July 15 - 25th 2006.

Currently, I'm very interested in Royal Hideaway, however with all the talk about damage, I'm concerned.

How would ya'll compare and contrast RH and Secrets Capri? Looking at cost I could stay at Secrets for 10 nights for what it would cost me at RH for 8 nights. Is it worth the difference?

Thank you for any help with this. It would be our first trip to PDC!!!!

According to the apple vacations website, they got their update today 11/23 @ 4:00pm and RH is scheduled to open on March 1, 2006

Personally, I would take the 10 days over the 8 days. It's you honeymoon! I have not stayed at RH but have been to Secrets. It is wonderful! We needed more time there when we went! Congrats on your up coming wedding!

You will find no comparison to the Royal hideaway. If you are lookin gfor a totaly relaxing time to be alone with your bride have, outstanding service and great food the RH is the place! It is not a party place so you will not find a wild crowd, but I will go there in a heartbeat even if it is more money for les days!
