Better than Tango Taco?

We went to Tango Taco last year and the arrachera steak was awesome. So tender and flavorful. I was wondering if there is a rival, or a place that less $$ that is just as good we should try or stick with TT. We had commida corrida at La Casa Piedra and the food was very good and very reasonable-but the arrachera did not compare. Thanks for the suggestions!!

My favorite is "El Fogon," on Avenue 30 and about Calle 8.

How expensive is Tango Taco? Looks like a decent place.

Not expensive, if I remember correctly I believe it was around 12 UDS for the arrachera plate. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Very well worth it. I know you can get less expensive eleswhere, but where we went was no comparison-so back to my question above

Try HC de Monterrey Butcher Shop. I do like the arrachera at TT, but the one at HC is even better. It is delicious.

Hey guys...it was actually 2.24.05 that I met you guys. I am not sure about a cow head on the wall, but it is located on 1st street between 20th and 25th. The meat is so tender and scrumptious. Hope you enjoy....let me know.
